THE PROSPECT

We're partnering with a fast-growing Australian consumer brand with an established ecommerce presence and an expanding international customer base.

With ambitious growth plans across Australia and the US, they're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition and drive the next stage of growth.

This is a great opportunity to bring performance marketing in-house, manage significant media budgets and help build a growing digital function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the paid media strategy across Australia and the US.
- Manage and optimise multi-million-dollar annual budgets across Meta and Google.
- Drive profitable customer acquisition, focusing on CAC, COS, MER, ROAS and revenue growth.
- Lead budget allocation across channels, campaigns and markets.
- Develop creative testing, audience development and campaign scaling strategies.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and growth markets.
- Partner with Creative,



CRM and Ecommerce teams to maximise performance.
- Own forecasting, budget pacing and reporting, providing clear commercial insights.
- Help build and develop the internal performance marketing function as the business scales.

ABOUT YOU

- 5 years' experience in performance marketing, ideally across ecommerce and DTC brands.
- Strong agency background or experience managing multiple consumer brands.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing significant Meta and Google budgets.
- Proven ability to scale ecommerce businesses profitably.
- Experience managing international campaigns, ideally across Australia and the US.
- Strong understanding of CAC, COS, MER, ROAS, LTV and contribution margin.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Shopify.
- Experience with attribution, tracking, reporting and creative testing.
- Exposure to platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion, ProfitPeak or Looker Studio.
