Senior Physiotherapist – Pain Management Service

Orange Health Service

About the role

Join the dedicated Chronic Pain Management Team at Orange Health Service and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to clients living with chronic pain across the Western NSW Local Health District.

As a Senior Clinician Physiotherapist, you will provide expert clinical care while contributing to the ongoing development, coordination and improvement of physiotherapy services within the program. We're seeking a collaborative and innovative clinician with experience and/or a strong interest in chronic pain management, excellent multidisciplinary teamwork skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

This parental relief backfill position offers a unique opportunity to job share with the permanent position holder through part time arrangements, providing continuity of care within a well-established and highly regarded service.

Working alongside a passionate multidisciplinary team led by a Rehabilitation Physician Pain Specialist, you will collaborate with senior clinicians including a Psychologist, Pharmacist, Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Consultant. The role combines both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities, including one-on-one consultations, multidisciplinary pain management programs, group interventions, service coordination, stakeholder engagement, support for regional sites, and quality improvement initiatives.

Based in Orange,

you'll also be part of the broader Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology Department, with access to professional development opportunities, supervision, in-services, team meetings and quality improvement activities that support your ongoing growth and career development.

If you're an experienced physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact in chronic pain care while working within a supportive and forward-thinking multidisciplinary team, we'd love to hear from you.
