We are a leading National Refrigeration and HVAC company located in Newton SA. We are now seeking a highly motivated Service Coordinator & Admin Support to join our team. We are welcoming strong candidates who love being responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of our team of technicians and can work alongside a talented administration team. Our blue chip clients look for fast response with a high level of care as we service and maintain many different commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering the clients needs and scheduling technicians for servicing and maintenance tasks
- Facilitating seamless coordination between technicians and clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
- Ensuring all jobs are completed on time and in keeping with customer KPI's.
- Communicating effectively with customers, technicians, and our own team members.




- Using our software system SIMPRO to manage and invoice out completed jobs.
- Organising and providing work orders to meet client needs across Australia.

Desired Experience & Skills

- Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, ideally within the HVAC or a related industry or alternatively a similar job that can transition easily into the required skillset.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to customer and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience working with SIMPRO or similar software.
