About the role

You will take ownership of developments through to completion and sales, ensuring each project reflects a high standard of quality and market alignment. This role suits someone who understands the expectations of discerning owner-occupiers and downsizers and can translate vision into exceptional built outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the full development lifecycle across boutique multi-residential projects
- Manage and drive development applications, planning strategy, and authority engagement
- Curate and coordinate a high-calibre consultant team (architects, interior designers, planners, engineers)
- Oversee feasibility, project programming, and financial performance with a strong commercial lens
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to shape product positioning, branding, and buyer experience
- Contribute to design development, ensuring alignment with target market expectations and premium positioning
- Maintain a strong focus on detail, build quality, and end-user experience throughout delivery
- Coordinate with appointed builders to ensure smooth site progress

About you

- 10+ years' experience in property development, with a focus on multi-residential projects in Queensland




- Demonstrated experience delivering boutique or high-end residential developments
- Deep understanding of local planning frameworks and development approvals
- Robust capability in consultant leadership and stakeholder engagement and liaison with builders
- Experience working alongside sales teams, with an understanding of buyer psychology and premium product positioning
- Commercially astute, with well-developed feasibility and risk management skills
- A natural eye for design, quality, and detail
- Bachelor's degree in property, construction, or a related discipline is required
- Previous multi-residential construction background is an advantage
- Australian work rights are required for this position
