About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the Housing and Land Servicing – Land Servicing team and play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will provide high-level engineering design, project management and technical advisory services to deliver land servicing and related infrastructure projects that support housing development in across the Territory. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, contractors and government agencies, you will manage complex projects from planning and procurement through to construction and completion.

You will lead tender assessments, oversee contract performance, monitor project budgets and schedules, undertake engineering inspections, and provide expert advice to support successful project outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a significant long-term housing and infrastructure investment that will make a tangible difference to remote communities across the Territory.

About You

You are a qualified engineering professional with experience delivering land development, civil infrastructure or capital works projects. You combine strong technical expertise with excellent project management skills and can confidently manage competing priorities in a complex environment.

You will bring

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience delivering infrastructure, land servicing or capital works projects.

- Strong understanding of engineering principles, standards, legislation and contemporary infrastructure delivery practices.

- Proven experience managing project budgets, contracts, resources and stakeholders.





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of technical documentation and reports.

- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and communities.

- A willingness to travel and work in remote locations when required.
