Our Urban & Regional division is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced SPE or PM to join the team. We’ll pitch the role to match your experience.

The role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll either run projects end to end or drive the commercial and program side alongside a PM, depending on your level. That includes:

- Program, staging and sequencing, including allocating labour, plant and subcontractors

- Cost forecasting, budget control and cashflow

- Subcontract scopes, tenders, and managing performance, claims and variations

- Claims, variations, EOTs and contract compliance

- Managing clients, councils,



utilities and other stakeholders

- Leading and mentoring Engineers, Site Admins and Supervisors

About you

- Experience as an SPE or PM in civil construction, ideally on subdivisions, land development, roads or drainage

- Solid commercial and contract knowledge
- A proactive planner who takes ownership of outcomes

- Comfortable working across metro and regional sites

- Degree in civil engineering or construction management (preferred)

- Current WA driver’s licence and White Card
