Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager with trust accounting experience to step into a standalone role managing a small residential portfolio primarily across Adelaide's southern suburbs. This is an opportunity for a confident and capable Property Manager who thrives on autonomy, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and enjoys being part of a high-performing team environment.

Working from a modern office in Adelaide's south, you'll be the dedicated residential expert within a successful business that is investing heavily in the continued growth of its residential offering.

The Opportunity

- Manage a small portfolio
- End-to-end property management responsibilities
- Trust accounting duties
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections and leasing coordination as required
- Manage maintenance and arrears
- Handle emergency management responsibilities when required
- Contribute to the continued growth of the rent roll

About You To be successful, you will bring:

- Previous end-to-end residential property management experience
- Robust knowledge of trust accounting
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Current Property Management registration/licensing requirements for South Australia
- Current driver's licence
