Are you an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, connecting with excellent candidates and delivering quality recruitment outcomes?
Join the HR team at the Autism Association of WA, where you'll lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build strong candidate pipelines and identify ways to improve our recruitment processes.
You'll also provide guidance to our Recruitment Officer, balancing competing priorities while ensuring a positive candidate experience and a strong focus on quality, speed and compliance.
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience using a Candidate Management System (CMS).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in a compliance-focused environment, preferably health or disability (highly desirable).
