- Lead end-to-end data migration for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation

/n We’re looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Project Manager to lead end-to-end data migration activities across a major SAP transformation program./n

/n

/n This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you’ll act as the primary point of accountability for data migration, working across business stakeholders, data owners, technical teams and SAP functional consultants. You’ll bring structure to a complex migration program, drive readiness and ensure migration activities remain on track through to cutover and Go-Live./n

/n

Key Responsibilities:/n

/n /n

- Own and manage the end-to-end SAP data migration workstream.

/n

- Act as the key point of contact for all customer data migration activities.

/n

- Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions covering migration scope, approach, readiness and risks.

/n

- Establish clear ownership across migration objects and functional streams.

/n

- Coordinate migration activities across Finance, Sales and Procurement.

/n

- Manage migration plans, RAID logs, dependencies, risks and program-level reporting.

/n

- Work closely with SAP functional consultants to drive data quality and migration readiness.

/n





- Coordinate migration activities within the broader SAP delivery and sprint cadence.

/n

- Lead cutover planning, dress rehearsals and Go-Live migration execution.

/n

- Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders and proactively manage expectations and competing priorities.

/n Skills Required:/n

/n /n

- 5+ years’ experience managing data migration across large-scale SAP ERP implementations.

/n

- Robust SAP S/4HANA experience, ideally across Public or Private Cloud environments.

/n

- Hands-on understanding of SAP Migration Cockpit and SAP Data Services.

/n

- Proven experience managing complex, multi-object data migrations across multiple SAP functional domains.

/n

- Strong customer-facing and senior stakeholder management skills.

/n

- Ability to confidently chair executive discussions and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

/n

- Strong understanding of migration governance, planning, data quality, readiness and cutover.

/n

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical migration issues for business stakeholders.

/n Highly regarded:/n /n

- SAP Activate methodology experience.

/n

- Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM, LeanIX and Signavio.

/n

- Understanding of enterprise data governance and data ownership frameworks.
