SERVICE ADVISOR | CHATSWOOD HYUNDAI

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Service Advisor for our growing Hyundai business in Chatswood. This position is for an immediate start and is ideal for someone wanting to work in a busy setting, with exceptional training provided to further their career.

Whilst a high level of automotive technical knowledge is expected, this is a customer-facing role with a focus on delivering a high-level of service to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will be expected to:

- Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries

- Quote on service and repairs

- Process repair orders and invoices

- Liaise with mechanics, salespeople and other internal staff

- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved

- Meet and exceed sales targets as set by management

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Experience in ERA

- Self-motivated

- Well-organised

- Able to work in a team environment





- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Willingness to learn

- Neat and tidy appearance
- A friendly attitude
