Service Coordinator

$80,000 - $85,000 Super - Full-Time, Permanent Position

Our client is a leading national distributor of construction equipment with over 1,000 employees across Australia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join their busy Service Department in Welshpool.

Working within the Heavy Equipment division, this role will focus on coordinating field technicians, scheduling service work, managing warranty claims and ensuring the smooth delivery of servicing and maintenance across the business.

What will this position entail?

This role will see you liaising with technicians, customers and internal departments, and you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day service operations.

Key duties include:

- Coordinating and scheduling field technicians for servicing, repairs and maintenance work.
- Liaising directly with technicians to manage daily workloads, job allocations and scheduling requirements.
- Coordinating customer service bookings and ensuring technicians have the necessary job information.
- Managing warranty claims, submissions, follow-ups and associated documentation.
- Monitoring service jobs to ensure work is progressing within required timeframes.
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing updates on service and repair progress.
- Liaising with internal departments,



customers and suppliers to resolve service-related issues.
- Maintaining accurate service records, job information and warranty documentation.
- Supporting service reporting, invoicing and general coordination requirements.

How can I be successful?

- Previous experience in service coordination, service administration or a similar scheduling role.
- Exposure to heavy equipment, construction, mechanical, automotive or similar industries highly regarded.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Full working rights and available for an ongoing full-time position.
