- Ground floor. Build the service operation from scratch: the team, the scheduling, the systems and the standards. You'll report directly to the MD.

- You. You have 10+ years in fire protection and you've led technicians. You know AS 1851, AFSS and FPAS inside out, and good techs will follow you.
