Due to continued growth, we're seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our Perth team and deliver exceptional service, technical expertise and customer support in the field.
About the Role
This hands-on field service position involves:
- Installing, servicing and repairing weighing equipment.
- Performing calibrations and verification.
- Diagnosing faults and providing technical solutions.
- Completing service reports and compliance documentation.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Working safely and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Travel to customer sites throughout WA and occasionally interstate, including occasional overnight stays as required.
About You
You will have
- Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic or instrumentation aptitude.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused attitude.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload.
The following will be highly regarded:
- Experience servicing, calibrating or repairing weighing equipment.
- NMI verifier competency training or experience verifying weighing instruments (Subclasses 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3).
- Technical trade qualifications or relevant industry experience.
- Experience with instrumentation, automation, process control or electrical systems.
