We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead technical design and solution architecture across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, with a solid focus on ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow technical architecture and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), and HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, workflows, scripting, and platform capabilities.
- Experience with technical governance, architecture standards, and implementation best practices.





Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow technical solutions.
- Define architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards.
- Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure adherence to platform best practices.
