Lead a great team. Build quality work. Grow with us. At CIE Australia, we take pride in high-quality fabrication and attention to detail on every job. We're looking for an experienced Sheetmetal Supervisor to lead our team of 8–10 across our Sheetmetal Workshop in Portsmith and our factory in Bungalow, Cairns.

You'll get to know your people, understand what makes each of them tick, and step in with skill and fairness when challenges arise. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to know fabrication inside out and love bringing out the best in people.
You'll also be a key link across the business, working closely with our Electrical Design Engineers and Electricians to make sure every build meets standard, and coordinating with our Production Manager and General Manager to keep output on track and timeframes realistic.
