We're expanding our maintenance team and looking for a skilled Shift Maintenance Electrician to join us in a newly created position at our Lisarow manufacturing facility. You'll rotate between afternoon and night shifts, keeping our production lines running through breakdown response, fault finding and preventative maintenance.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, including flexibility to support projects, planned maintenance and leave coverage.
Shift & Flexibility
- Afternoon Shift: 15% shift loading
- Night Shift: 30% shift loading
- Rotating shifts with flexibility for projects and leave coverage
- Occasional weekend overtime opportunities
What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to electrical breakdowns and troubleshoot faults.
- Carry out preventative maintenance across production equipment.
- Maintain and repair automated machinery and packaging lines.
- Support equipment upgrades, projects and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime.
- Maintain high electrical safety and food manufacturing standards.
About You
- Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential).
- Maintenance experience in FMCG, manufacturing or food production.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with motors, drives and automated equipment.
- PLC and automation experience highly regarded.
- Confident working independently and across different shifts.
- Flexible, proactive and safety-focused.
