About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Stone Ambassador, a leading supplier of premium decorative surfaces, as a Showroom Consultant / Administration team member at our brand-new facility in Wingfield, South Australia. In this full-time role, you will play an integral part in supporting the growth and success of our South Australian operations, delivering exceptional customer service while providing essential administrative support to our team. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace, you will assist homeowners, interior designers, builders and trade partners in exploring our extensive range of decorative surfaces, providing guidance and inspiration to help bring their design visions to life.

Key responsibilities

- Providing outstanding customer service to trade & retail clients, including guiding them through the selection and purchase of our products
- Handling all administrative tasks related to showroom operations
- Supporting the sales team by following up on leads and helping to develop new business opportunities
- Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and presented to the highest standards
- Contributing to the overall growth and development of the South Australia business

About you





- Previous experience in a similar customer service or administrative role, preferably within the home design or construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A passion for design and an understanding of premium decorative surface products and their applications or interior design in general
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Australian work rights are essential for this position
