About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Creator to join our team. The role involves developing, creating, and publishing engaging digital content across social media platforms and websites to promote the organisation's brand, products, and services. Responsibilities include planning content strategies, managing social media accounts, monitoring audience engagement, analysing content performance and collaborating with influencers to enhance brand awareness and online presence.

Role and Responsibilities

- Conducts market research and examines consumer behaviour, industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for existing and new products and services.

- Develops and executes marketing strategies, policies and promotional programs to achieve business objectives, increase sales and support organisational growth.

- Advises management and clients on advertising strategies and promotional campaigns to effectively target consumers, improve market awareness and highlight the benefits of products and services.

- Plans, coordinates and supervises advertising campaigns to promote the organisation's products and services while supporting overall sales objectives.

- Provides guidance on marketing activities, including product positioning, pricing, advertising, sales promotions, selling techniques and distribution channels.

- Collects, evaluates and interprets market research findings, consumer insights and statistical data to assist with strategic marketing and business development decisions.

- Coordinates the preparation and delivery of advertising materials, including artwork, copywriting, media scripts and multimedia productions, ensuring projects are completed within established budgets and deadlines.





- Uses statistical analysis and modelling techniques to evaluate pricing structures and forecast their potential effects on revenue and profitability.

- Creates and manages digital promotional materials, including written content, photographs and videos, for publication across websites, social media and other online platforms to enhance brand awareness and generate sales.

- Organises and maintains the content publication schedule, ensuring marketing materials are regularly updated and distributed across relevant digital channels.

- Reviews website content and recommends digital improvements to strengthen search engine rankings, increase online visibility and improve audience engagement.

- Tracks and analyses digital marketing activities, campaign results and platform performance to identify trends and assess the effectiveness of promotional initiatives.

- Evaluates the outcomes of marketing campaigns and business initiatives, preparing periodic performance reports and presenting findings and recommendations to management.

Skills and experience

- Must have an experience of more than 1 year working as a Content Creator.

- Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
