Site Manager Opportunity Your new company An established Gold Coast construction business delivering quality commercial and multi-residential projects across South East Queensland. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a new project in Southport.
Your recent role
You will take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery of a 6-storey development,managing the project from construction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include
Manage all day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
Coordinate trades, suppliers and project sequencing
Drive programme, quality and safety outcomes
Manage site logistics and resolve construction issues
Work closely with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator
Conduct toolbox talks, site meetings and inspections
Ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or multi-residential projects
Strong understanding of structures, finishes and project delivery
Excellent subcontractor and programme management skills
Strong knowledge of WHS and Australian construction standards
Confident communicator with a hands-on approach to site management
