Our client is a known & established Brisbane New Home Builder. Building one off custom homes as well as their own small developments, based both inner city & outer city Suburbs of Brisbane.

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to manage LOW VOLUME (up to 8) builds based North & Side of Brisbane. This is an additional role for the business, created due to ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience

- Daily Site Management from commencement to hand over
- Client focused - exceptional communication & presentation
- Extensive experience and the ability to read and work off detailed plans
- Ensure homes are made of quality standards and within timely manner
- Coordination of supplies and materials
- Manage in office compliance with WHS practices, policies and procedures
- High level communicator,



organised & attention to detail
- Trade qualified, Carpentry preferred
- Minimum of 5 years Supervisory experience with Custom or Project Home Builders
