Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supervisor to oversee residential improvement works across multiple locations throughout metropolitan Adelaide. You will coordinate site activities, manage trades, and ensure every job is delivered safely, on time, and to specification while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.





Key Responsibilities

- Manage on-site refurbishments, remedial and modifications works.

- Coordinate trades and engage with clients to meet KPI's.

- Monitor progress, workmanship, and safety compliance.

- Keep the team informed of progress, updates, and any issues that arise.

- Make sure all work meets required standards and specifications.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within residential maintenance, refurbishment, or construction.

- Robust knowledge of construction process and safety standards.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.

- Good understanding of site safety and compliance.

- Full driving licence.

- Must be able to pass a police background check.
