About The Role

At Zeal Personnel, we connect top-tier tradespeople with quality projects across Western Australia. Our client, a leading civil and structural construction contractor, is currently seeking 6x Skilled Labourers / Civil Plant Operators for a major construction project in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.

Flying out of Perth on a standard 2:1 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off), this role offers an initial 4 to 6 months of secured work, with a high likelihood of project extensions for top performers.

What's On Offer

- Roster: 2 weeks on, 1 week off (FIFO from Perth only).
- Duration: 4-6 months initial contract with long-term project extension potential.
- Facilities: Camp accommodation, meals, and flights provided
- Pay Structure: Competitive flat hourly rate + superannuation paid on all hours worked.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Mobile Plant Operation: Protected operation of Skid Steers (Bobcats) and Forklifts across active construction zones and staging yards.
- Civil Earthworks &
- Trenching: Executing civil trenching, pipe laying prep, backfilling, and ground excavation support.
- Material Handling &
- Yard Support: Unloading freight, staging construction materials, timber dunnage arrangement, and securing loads.
- Manual Labouring: Assisting trades, concrete pours, site clean-down, hand excavation around services, and general site WHS maintenance.

REQUIRED SKILLS &

- QUALIFICATIONS:





- High Risk Work Licence - Forklift Truck (LF) mandatory.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience operating Skid Steers (Bobcat) and conducting trenching/civil works.
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Valid Australian Class C Driver's Licence (HR licence preferred).
- RII Tickets (Skid Steer / Earthworks) highly regarded.
- Physical fitness to handle demanding FIFO civil construction conditions.
