Studio es Design and Co. is a boutique Interior and Landscape Design studio based in West Lakes, Adelaide. We are a passionate, creative and fast-paced team specialising in thoughtfully designed spaces, both inside and out.

As our studio continues to grow, we're looking for a fun, bright and bubbly Social Content & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help take our brand, marketing and online presence to the next level.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just follow trends but knows how to turn them into engaging, purposeful content. Someone who understands the importance of brand identity, has a creative eye and can bring fresh ideas to the table.

The Role

This is a diverse, hands-on and exciting part-time position where no two days will look the same! You'll work closely with our Director and design team to capture the everyday happenings of our studio, showcase our incredible projects and develop creative marketing strategies that build brand awareness and engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing our social media platforms, primarily Instagram and TikTok, including content planning, scheduling, publishing and engagement.
- Creating engaging, high-quality content using an iPhone, including reels, videos, photography and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Identifying emerging social media trends and developing creative ways to incorporate them into our brand.
- Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement, reach and brand awareness.
- Coordinating professional marketing campaigns, including working alongside photographers, videographers and other creatives.
- Managing website content,



updates and ensuring our online presence remains current and aligned with our brand.
- Monitoring social media analytics and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Capturing content both in the studio and on location at project sites, supplier visits and installations.
- Bringing fresh, outside-the-box marketing ideas to the team, including opportunities to showcase both our business brand and the personalities behind it.

About You

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to post on Instagram. We're looking for someone who understands how to build a brand, tell a story and create content that people actually want to engage with.

You'll ideally bring:

- Proven experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing for an established business or personal brand.
- Confidence using Meta Business Suite to manage, schedule and analyse social media performance.
- Demonstrated experience creating content across Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong video editing skills and confidence creating engaging reels and short-form content.
- A creative eye for photography, composition, storytelling and visual brand consistency.
- An understanding of business branding, personal branding and marketing strategies.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative and confidently bring your own ideas to life.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A positive,



energetic and approachable personality with a genuine love for all things creative.
- Confidence both behind AND in front of the camera. We want someone who isn't afraid to jump into the action!
- The flexibility to travel between our West Lakes studio and project sites as required.

An interest in interior design, architecture, landscape design or the creative industry would be a huge bonus!
