Love creating content that makes people stop scrolling? Comfortable in front of the camera, behind it and turning an idea into something people want to watch?

We’re looking for a creative, proactive Social Media + Content Creator to bring Lust Minerals to life across our social channels.

You’ll take content from idea to upload, planning, filming, editing, writing captions and getting it live. From makeup tutorials and product education to behind-the-scenes moments, you’ll help new customers discover Lust and give our existing community more reasons to connect with us.

What you’ll be doing

- Creating engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, tutorials and face-to-camera videos.
- Planning and managing the social content calendar alongside our marketing and brand team.
- Filming and editing content that feels natural to each platform and reflects Lust’s brand.
- Bringing fresh ideas to product launches, campaigns and everyday content.
- Working with our team, founder and creators to capture a mix of product, educational and personality-led content.
- Writing captions that sound like us and give people a reason to watch, save, share or join the conversation.
- Keeping across trends and finding ways to make them relevant to Lust.
- Engaging with our community through comments and messages.




- Reviewing content performance and using what you learn to shape your next ideas.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Have experience creating content and managing social media for a brand, business or your own engaged audience.
- Feel confident appearing on camera, demonstrating products and speaking to an audience.
- Can film and edit high-quality content using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe.
- Understand what makes a strong hook, a useful tutorial and a video people watch to the end.
- Have a strong eye for detail, visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Can organise your workload and follow through from the initial idea to the finished post.
- Enjoy collaborating, taking feedback and trying new approaches.
- Have an interest in beauty, makeup and helping customers feel confident using their products.
