We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to help grow our brand presence, engage with customers, and showcase what makes our business unique.

The Role

As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms. You'll create engaging content, build online community engagement, and support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Working closely with our Business Manager and Sales & Marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas and creative campaigns to life. This is a casual role of approximately 15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

· Design marketing collateral, promotional materials, brochures and flyers using Canva.

· Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches

· Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook.

· Capture and develop high-quality photos, videos and graphics showcasing products,



specials and behind-the-scenes content.

· Monitor and respond to comments, messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

· Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

· Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity.

· Track content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.

· Support broader marketing activities including email campaigns, website updates and promotional events.

· Prepare and distribute company newsletters using Mailchimp

About You – Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Previous experience in a Social Media, Marketing, Communications or similar role.

· Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts.

· Experience preparing and distributing newsletters using Mailchimp.

· Robust Canva skills and experience creating marketing brochures, flyers and promotional materials.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· A creative mindset and keen eye for visual presentation and branding.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Experience

- Experience within the food service, hospitality, retail or FMCG industry.

- Photography and videography skills.

- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
