The Role
You will engage with homeowners who have already expressed interest in solar and battery solutions. Working from our Surry Hills office, your focus will be on educating customers, building rapport, and progressing them through the sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound enquiries via phone and video calls
- Following structured sales processes and proven frameworks
- Managing leads, pipelines, and follow-ups through the CRM
- Providing tailored solar and battery solutions to customers
- Helping homeowners reduce energy costs and improve energy independence
About You
- Motivated, coachable, and target-driven
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based sales environment

Previous solar or high-ticket sales experience is highly desirable.
