Boronia Kitchen, a modern Australian eatery showcasing the best Australian produce, is seeking an experienced head chef for a full time role in our Gladesville restaurant.

We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, from Tuesday to Sunday.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Sous chef with demonstrated skills who is passionate about the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate must have:

- Relevant cookery qualifications.
- Demonstrated recent experience and the capability to work autonomously.
- The ability to work quickly & thrive in a busy team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- capable to run a large team of around 70 people.
