The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and qualified Spa Receptionist/ Therapist to join our close knit team.

Our Spa Receptionist/Therapists are true all-rounders; they provide excellent customer service to our guests on reception, but are also skilled and professional in providing outstanding treatments. While you will mainly assist the Spa Manager with bookings within The Spa, ensuring an efficient and customer-driven operation, you will also be able to provide treatments when needed! You will be provided training to ensure you align with our high end standard, plus up skill in you in all areas of massage,



beauty & skin if required.

Skills and Experiences

As our successful candidates, you will be able to demonstrate:

- An outstanding level of communication and customer service skills, including on the phone, via email and in person;

- A high standard of personal grooming and personal presentation;

- The ability to work under pressure and in busy environments, while ensuring customer service is outstanding;

- The ability to accurately manage stock levels and monthly stock takes;

- A Certificate III or above in Beauty Therapy, coupled with relevant experience providing quality treatments;

- A current RSA, or ability to obtain one once employed; and

- Experience in Spa One, or a relevant booking system .
