Allied Forklifts Pty Ltd hire, service and sell a range of materials handling equipment including forklifts, stackers, container handlers and electric personnel carriers.
We are an OEM dealer for Heli forklifts, and we stock a full range of spare parts to support this major brand along with other makes and models of materials handling equipment.
Most of our spare parts are sold to our service division but we also sell directly to many external customers throughout Australia.
Duties include;
- Interpret parts requirements from mechanics requests, customer telephone, email, and front counter enquires using online OEM and after-market parts catalogues and hard copy parts manuals.
- Data processing including invoicing, purchase orders receipts and mechanic work orders.
- Dispatch and control spare parts allocated to jobs/mechanics work orders.
- Source and purchase spare parts from OEM manufacturers and after-market suppliers.
- Sell and dispatch spare parts to external customers.
- Scrutinize purchases and maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Assist with all areas of the parts department including warehouse duties, receival of inventory / sales requests and stock control procedures.
To be considered for the Spare Parts Interpreter role, applicants must provide evidence of;
- A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a similar role
- Current drivers' license
- Police clearance certificate
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong work ethic
- Forklift ticket preferred but not essential.
Preference will be given to applicants who reside within 20kms of Malaga.
