Maybe you're a Speech Pathologist who has found your feet clinically and you're ready to deepen your expertise. Maybe you're already operating at a senior level and want more opportunity to mentor, influence practice and shape how services are delivered.
Either way, your next role should give you somewhere to go.
At Superyou, we're creating careers where Speech Pathologists can grow without feeling like progression has to mean bigger caseloads, unrealistic expectations or sacrificing life outside of work.
Whether your next step is developing a specialisation, becoming a Senior Clinician, mentoring others, moving into leadership or simply becoming an exceptional clinician in an area you love, we'll help you build a pathway that makes sense for you.
Build the Speech Pathology career you actually want
Your development doesn't need to look like everyone else's. At Superyou, you can:
- Build expertise across communication, swallowing and mealtime support
- Develop clinical interests in areas such as AAC, early language, social communication or dysphagia
- Access regular supervision, coaching and peer consultation
- Mentor emerging clinicians as your experience grows
- Contribute to resources, clinical practice and service improvement
- Explore leadership through our Accelerate Leadership Program
- Progress through pathways from Clinician → Senior Clinician → Team Lead → Clinical Lead and beyond
And if leadership isn't your goal? That's okay too. We value clinicians who want to deepen their craft just as much as those who want to lead teams.
A caseload designed to be sustainable
Good therapy takes time to think, plan, collaborate and reflect. That's why we focus on:
- Realistic billable expectations aligned to your experience and caseload complexity
- Protected time for planning, supervision, professional development and administration
- Dedicated administrative support
- Caseloads matched to your experience, capability and clinical interests
- Support with complex cases and access to experienced clinicians
- Quality clinical outcomes over simply doing more
We'd rather see great clinical reasoning and sustainable impact than burnout disguised as productivity.
Flexibility that's genuinely useful
Your working week should fit around your life, not consume it. Depending on your preferred arrangement, you can access:
- 9-day fortnight with every second Friday off
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Hybrid working across clinic, community and telehealth
- Flexible start and finish times
- 3 additional Superyou Days on top of annual leave
With locations across Wanneroo, Bassendean, Cannington, Fremantle and Mandurah, we'll also work with you to find a base that makes sense for your life and caseload.
What could your role look like?
Depending on your experience and career goals, you'll:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred Speech Pathology services across NDIS, paediatric and adult settings
- Support communication, swallowing and mealtime outcomes through thoughtful assessment and evidence-based intervention
- Work across home, school, workplace, clinic and community environments
- Collaborate with families, support networks and our multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Develop your areas of clinical interest and specialisation
- Participate in Superyou's clinical community of practice
- Contribute to neuro-affirming and contemporary clinical practice
If you're joining us at Senior Speech Pathologist level, you'll also have opportunities to:
- Lead more complex clinical work using advanced clinical reasoning
- Mentor and support developing clinicians
- Contribute to clinical resources, protocols and quality improvement
- Influence service development and clinical practice
- Build your capability in supervision and leadership
What we're looking for
We're open to speaking with Speech Pathologists at different stages of their career, particularly clinicians with around 2 to 5+ years' experience.
You'll ideally bring:
- Relevant Speech Pathology qualifications and professional requirements
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice
- A WA driver's licence, or willingness to obtain one
Experience in NDIS services, AAC, dysphagia and mealtimes, social communication, supervision,
telehealth or service development is highly regarded, but you don't need to tick every box. We're just as interested in where you want to take your career next.
The practical stuff matters too
We want the whole package to stack up. Money & benefits
- Competitive salary reflecting your experience
- $14,400 vehicle allowance per annum
- Up to $18,500 salary packaging to help maximise your take-home pay
- $3,000 welcome bonus to kick-start your journey with us*
- $3,000 referral bonus for each successful applicant you refer
Learning & career development
- $1,000 annual professional development budget
- 3 paid study days
- Regular clinical supervision and peer consultation
- Access to Elevate career development
- Access to our Accelerate Leadership Program
- Opportunities to shadow other disciplines and develop specialisations
Life outside work
- 9-day fortnight option
- Part time and hybrid arrangements
- Flexible working options
- 3 additional Superyou Days on top of annual leave
- Relocation assistance available for interstate candidates
Why Superyou?
Because a good career should be sustainable. You'll join a multidisciplinary allied health team where autonomy, collaboration, learning and genuine human connection matter.
We're continuing to evolve our neuro-affirming practice, clinical pathways and services, and we want our clinicians involved in shaping what comes next.
No two Speech Pathologists bring exactly the same experience, interests or ambitions.
That's the point.
