The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our St George team.

This prospect is ideal for an ambitious agent looking to establish themselves in a fast-paced, transaction-rich marketplace with access to a broad demographic of buyers, sellers and investors.

Responsibilities

- Prospecting through cold calling, door knocking and community engagement
- Generating appraisals and converting listing opportunities
- Winning recent residential listings
- Managing campaigns from listing through to settlement
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Building relationships with buyers, sellers, developers and referral partners
- Negotiating contracts and achieving premium outcomes
- Maintaining strong vendor communication throughout campaigns




- Collaborating with marketing and administration teams
- Consistently achieving sales and business development targets

Who Are You?

- Experienced Residential Sales Agent
- Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence (minimum)
- Strong local area knowledge or desire to become a market specialist
- Proven ability to generate listings and negotiate sales
- Exceptional prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation and high energy
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Motivated to build a long-term career with a market-leading agency
