About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Staffing Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a 12-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position. This role will be responsible for onboarding contractors, coordinating compliance requirements, maintaining candidate records, and acting as a key point of contact for contractors throughout their assignments.

Duties and responsibilities

- Coordinate contractor onboarding and mobilisation activities
- Liaise with contractors regarding employment documentation and compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate and contractor records within internal systems
- Assist recruiters with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor and track onboarding progress to ensure deadlines are met




- Respond to contractor enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support reporting, data entry, and general recruitment administration duties

Skills and experience required

- Experience onboarding contractors or employees
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Previous recruitment agency administration experience (Highly desirable)
- Success factors and SAP (Highly Desirable)
