We are looking for an experienced and passionate store manager to join our team. The store manager will display exemplary customer service skills, be a natural leader, planner and organiser who is accustomed to troubleshooting and problem solving and has the ability to lead and motivate their team.

Essentials

- Minimum of 1-2 years in fashion retail.
- Fashion retail know-how with hands-on experience from stock room to shop floor.
- Natural salesperson.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
- Solid team building experience. Comfortable with leading a team of up to 15 staff.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
- A true service ethic that defines every decision you make.
- You should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full time, 5 days.

- Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards and create a positive and engaging environment.
- Continually recruit, train and develop talented individuals.
- Ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in customer service, brand and product knowledge.
- Oversee store operations including rostering, cash handling, implementing processes and procedures, relevant reporting and inventory management, including experience with stocktake.
- Attending to customer concerns and queries. Ability to resolve conflict.
- Liaising with management and buying team to identify opportunities and initiatives to continually improve performance.
- Ensure that our high standards of store presentation and merchandising are always met.
- Maintain workplace safety and provide a healthy workplace for staff and customers. Start time for the role is flexible.
