/n We are seeking experienced Store Managers to lead essential retail operations across remote Australian communities./n

About You/n

/n We're looking for a commercially minded retail leader who can bring strong operational experience and a people-first leadership approach./n

- Previous experience as a Supermarket Store Manager, Grocery Manager or senior retail leader.

/n

- Strong knowledge of grocery operations, stock control, inventory and merchandising.

/n

- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.

/n

- Confident managing budgets, sales targets, costs and store performance.

/n

- Highly adaptable, resourceful and comfortable working autonomously.

/n

- Open to relocating and embracing a remote community lifestyle.
