Review menu offerings, stock requirements and service procedures to meet customer demand. Implement operational improvements to enhance productivity and store performance.

Sales and Marketing Develop promotional strategies to attract customers and increase store revenue. Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for business growth. Maintain positive customer relationships and promptly resolve service concerns.

Inventory Management

Oversee purchasing, supplier coordination and stock replenishment. Conduct stocktakes and monitor inventory levels to minimise shortages and wastage. Maintain accurate records of stock movements and purchasing activities.

Financial Management

Prepare operational budgets and monitor sales performance against business targets. Control labour, food and operating expenses to maintain profitability. Review financial transactions, sales reports and daily cash reconciliations.

Staff Management

Manage employee recruitment, induction, training and performance. Prepare staff rosters and delegate responsibilities according to operational needs.



Foster a productive workplace through effective supervision and team development.

Compliance and Quality Control Maintain food hygiene, workplace safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store. Ensure adherence to applicable food safety and workplace health and safety regulations. Monitor food quality, store presentation and service consistency in line with Ooshman standards.

Qualifications and Experience Relevant qualifications in hospitality, business management or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Previous management or supervisory experience in the fast-food, hospitality or retail industry. Sound knowledge of staff management, inventory control, budgeting and customer service.

Skills and Attributes Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and business performance. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
