KAUSHAL RETAILS PTY LTD We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Spice Basket Indian Grocery store in Richmond, NSW. This is a full-time position requiring a proactive and hands-on leader with strong store management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, improving store performance, and providing excellent customer service in a busy and fast-paced environment.

responsibilities Manage product selection, monitor inventory levels and uphold service quality to ensure smooth store operations Develop and implement strategies for purchasing, marketing and pricing to enhance product assortment and boost profitability Create and execute promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives to raise brand awareness and customer engagement Lead sales activities by recommending products, offering expert guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of stock, financial transactions and other vital operational information for effective oversight Prepare and oversee the store budget, ensuring financial goals are achieved while controlling expenses Recruit, train,
