You will work closely with managers, supervisors and operational teams to ensure solid HSEQ standards are maintained across the business.The RoleManaging and continuously improving the organisation's HSEQ systems and processesManaging ISO compliance, internal audits and external certification auditsEnsuring compliance with WHS legislation, regulatory requirements and internal standardsManaging risk assessments,



workplace inspections, incidents and corrective actionsOwning workers' compensation, injury management and return-to-work processesMonitoring and reporting on Safety and Quality performance, trends and emerging risksDriving practical HSEQ improvements across operational areasProviding HSEQ advice and reporting to the COO and management teamAbout YouDemonstrated experience in a senior HSEQ, WHS, OHS, Safety or HSEQ management role, along with relevant tertiary qualifications.5+ years' HSEQ experience within manufacturing, mining, engineering or a similar operational environmentStrong knowledge of Australian WHS/OHS legislationWorkers' compensation and return-to-work experienceExperience with Integrated Management Systems and ISO complianceInternal and external audit experienceStrong incident investigation, risk and corrective action experienceA practical, hands-on approach and confidence working across all levels of a businessCurrent driver's licence
