with you as their day to day contactThe role Three treatment rooms, a cosmetic nurse and a skin therapist, and one person holding it all together at the front. You'd greet clients and set the tone, own bookings, rebookings and the waitlist, convert enquiries across phone, email and social, handle packages, pre pays and payments, and keep stock, records and the running of the clinic in order.What you'll needFront of house or coordinator experience in an aesthetics, skin, dental or medical practiceConfidence on clinic booking software and in owning a diaryStrength on the phone and in person. Clients here expect a certain standardThe commercial sense to treat a gap in the diary as a problem to solve
