We’re looking for a Support Worker to provide 1:1 support in a SIL environment, helping people build confidence, learn new skills and enjoy a day doing the things they love.
As a Support Worker with Kanda, you’ll help people with disability live life on their own terms, make their own choices and feel confident in their abilities. One day you might be out in the community trying something new. The next, you might be helping with everyday tasks at home, having a good chat or supporting someone towards a personal goal.
No two people are the same, and no two days need to be either.
