Swell Mullaloo Beach is a vibrant, family-friendly venue with a reputation for offering fresh, delicious, and generously portioned meals in a contemporary setting. Open seven days a week, we offer our diners a relaxed atmosphere with great food and unbeatable views. Our hours of operation are:

- Monday to Wednesday: 7am - 3pm (Breakfast & Lunch)
- Thursday to Sunday: 7am - 9pm (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

We are currently on the lookout for passionate, skilled CDP's and a Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in Mullaloo. The Chef de Partie position offers casual hours (up to 38 hours per week), while the Sous Chef role is a full-time opportunity. Both roles offer the chance to become part of a fantastic workplace that values quality, efficiency and a passion for food. Applicants must be available to work weekends.

We are looking for:

Chef de Partie Core Culinary Skills:

- Confident running a section (e.g. grill), including cooking, plating, and presentation
- Good prep, portioning, and station organisation skills
- Able to support and guide junior kitchen staff during service
- Works well under pressure while maintaining food quality
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
- Clear communication with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Relevant cooking qualifications with at least 2 years' experience preferred

Sous Chef Core Culinary Skills:





- Kitchen supervision and service control
- Compliance with food safety regulations
- Clear communication with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and excellent cooking techniques
- Experience with inventory management and ordering
- Relevant cooking qualifications with at least 3 years' experience preferred
