Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum + Superannuation (depending on experience)

Hours: 38 hours per week

About the Business

Capital Fuel Pty Ltd operates a Metro Petroleum service station in Farrer, ACT. The business provides fuel, convenience store products and related customer services. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service station and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service station and convenience store.
- Supervise, train and coordinate retail staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Develop staff rosters and manage employee attendance and performance.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve business revenue.
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, ordering and supplier relationships.




- Ensure accurate cash handling, banking and daily financial reporting.
- Maintain appropriate pricing, product displays and promotional activities.

Skills and Experience Required

- Relevant qualifications in Business Management, Retail Management or a related field (desirable).
- Previous experience of atleast 1-2 years in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication and staff management skills.
- Knowledge of stock control, inventory management and retail operations.
