Green Light Australia are looking to engage an Technical Infrastructure Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

- Gather requirements from various stakeholders
- Develop epics, features, user stories, technical stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and requirements traceability matrices.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, service flows, data flows, dependencies and operating model impacts.
- Support the Project Manager
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops for requirements gathering and exploring solution options
- Collaborate with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in similar roles as Technical Business Analyst on Technology Infrastructure projects for large complex environments.
- Experience delivering infrastructure, security, cloud, network, identity, data protection or operational technology initiatives.
- Experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, traceability matrices, test artefacts and operational handover documentation
- Practical experience with Scrum,



Kanban or hybrid agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
