SAP SuccessFactors ECP Technical Consultant 12-Month Contract | Australia

We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Technical Consultant to join a large, complex enterprise environment supporting business-critical payroll operations. The Role You’ll provide hands-on technical support for SAP SuccessFactors ECP, with a strong focus on New Zealand payroll while supporting other geographies where required. The role covers payroll stability, production support, compliance, system configuration and platform health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as an SME for SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
- Maintain secure, secure and accurate production and standby environments.
- Support payroll processing, troubleshooting, configuration changes, transports and data integrity.
- Collaborate with global teams supporting payroll across multiple geographies.
- Provide out-of-hours support during critical payroll runs when required.

What We’re Looking For: Australian or New Zealand payroll experience is mandatory.

You’ll ideally bring:





- Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors ECP configuration, troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Strong payroll knowledge, particularly New Zealand payroll and compliance.
- Strong ABAP debugging and issue-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, SAFe or Agile environments.
- Experience with SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, releases or testing would be advantageous.
- SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll certification is preferred.
