You will work within a collaborative project delivery setting focused on strengthening programme reliability, improving scheduling practices and supporting the successful delivery of complex capital works.

Your new role

As the Construction Planner, you will provide specialist programming, scheduling and independent review support across a portfolio of building construction projects.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain construction programmes and integrated master schedules across multiple projects.
- Review contractor and project schedules, identifying sequencing issues, dependencies, critical-path impacts and programme risks.
- Monitor key milestones and delays, recommending practical recovery, acceleration and delivery strategies.
- Analyse portfolio schedules to improve project sequencing, procurement coordination and resource allocation.
- Review extension of time claims and delay analysis for accuracy and programme impacts.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this position, you will require:





- Demonstrated programming and scheduling experience within the building construction industry
- Strong knowledge of the full building project lifecycle, including design, approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover
- Experience developing integrated master schedules across multiple building construction projects
- Experience identifying delays, programme risks and opportunities for recovery or acceleration
- Experience working across a portfolio of government, commercial, education, health or other complex building projects will be highly regarded
