Duties

- Advise on the acquisition, sale and development of commercial, industrial and residential property.
- Handle commercial, industrial and retail leasing matters.
- Manage the purchase and sale of property-based businesses, including rent rolls,



motels and management rights.
- Advise on a variety of complex commercial property transactions.

The Candidate

- 3–8 years PQE in commercial property law.
- Broad-based property experience with strong transactional exposure.
- Experience buying and selling property-based businesses will be highly regarded.
- Strong technical legal knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
