This is an excellent prospect to work closely with experienced partners, including an Accredited Specialist, on a varied range of complex commercial disputes.

Duties

- Manage a variety of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Handle contractual, shareholder and employment disputes.
- Work across construction, property and planning disputes.




- Prepare pleadings, court documents and legal advice.
- Assist with negotiations, mediations and settlement processes.

The Candidate

- 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
- Strong background in complex commercial disputes.
- Experience managing litigation matters and preparing court documentation.
- Strong technical legal knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Building and construction dispute experience will be highly regarded.
