Part Time Store Manager | Innaloo

Our client is a much-loved women's wear brand seeking an experienced Part-Time Store Manager to lead their Innaloo store and team.

This is a great opportunity for a confident retail leader who enjoys building capable teams, creating memorable customer experiences and taking ownership of store performance, without the commitment of a traditional full-time role.

You'll lead and develop a relatively recent team, setting the standard for customer service, coaching and store presentation while creating a welcoming environment where customers feel comfortable, confident and well looked after.

What you'll be responsible for

- Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Drive store performance, sales and KPIs through strong commercial awareness
- Coach team members through regular feedback, training and ongoing development
- Build a positive, accountable and customer-focused team culture
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, stock management and administration
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is commercially presented
- Lead by example, working hands-on and confidently managing the store independently

What's on offer

- $58,371.71 – $58,799.34 + Super (equivalent to $68,250 – $68,750 FTE)
- Permanent part-time position, 32.5 hours per week
- Mondays and Sundays off
- One three-day weekend every four weeks

What we're looking for

- An experienced Store Manager with a proven ability to lead, coach and develop a retail team
- A confident and hands-on leader who is comfortable working autonomously
- Someone who enjoys building team capability, particularly within a relatively new team
- Strong commercial awareness and experience driving sales and KPIs
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating personalised shopping experiences
- Strong visual merchandising skills and an eye for detail
- Sound operational, stock management and organisational skills
- A positive, approachable leader who leads by example and brings out the best in others
