Green Light Consultants partner with customers to solve critical business challenges across infrastructure modernisation, hybrid cloud, datacentre transformation, platform engineering, automation, cybersecurity, professional and managed services. As we continue to expand our Infrastructure Modernisation practice, we are seeking an Infrastructure Modernisation Lead who is passionate about helping clients transform their technology environments while contributing to the growth and direction of our business.

The Infrastructure Modernisation Lead will be a trusted advisor, capable of aligning business drivers with modern platform solutions centred on OpenShift, Kubernetes, Hybrid Cloud, Automation, and Platform Engineering, while driving both customer success and practice growth.

Requirements:

- Help define and execute the growth strategy for the Infrastructure Modernisation Practice.
- Build capability across infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, and automation disciplines.
- Drive partner certifications, accreditations, and capability development.
- Develop solution offerings aligned with customer requirements and technology trends.
- Advise customers on infrastructure modernisation, cloud adoption, container platforms, and platform engineering strategies.
- Work closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities and position value-based solutions.
- Ensure solutions are commercially viable and operationally supportable.
- Analyse operational and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Develop consulting methodologies, delivery frameworks, and best practices.
- Create a culture focused on innovation, technical excellence and customer success.

Requirements:

- 10 Plus years’ experience within infrastructure, cloud, networking, platform engineering, datacentre, or technology consulting disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience leading infrastructure modernisation, cloud transformation, or datacentre transformation initiatives.
- Commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for service improvement and growth.
- Proven people leadership capability, including coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and employee development.
- Outstanding customer and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build lasting partnerships.
- Robust analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn operational data into actionable insights.

This role provides a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a modern Infrastructure Modernisation Practice within a rapidly evolving technology landscape. You will have the autonomy to influence strategy, build capability, develop market-leading services, and work directly with senior customer executives on some of Australia's most significant infrastructure transformation initiatives.
