We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst for a 12-month contract based in Darwin, Northern Territory, to support a major digital transformation and critical systems upgrade program within a complex enterprise environment.

This is an exciting prospect to contribute to the delivery and modernisation of business-criticaltechnologyplatforms, ensuring system reliability, operational continuity and effective service delivery. Therole will suita technically strong analyst with experience supporting complex applications, infrastructureand systems,alongside the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, stakeholders andexternal vendors.

Requirements

What You'll Do

- Provide specialist technical advice on complex applications, systems and infrastructure
- Analyse, investigate and document existing systems and business processes, identifyingopportunitiesfor improvement
- Support the configuration, implementation and ongoing maintenance of complexinformation systems
- Develop implementation plans for system changes, assessing technical risks andensuringservice integrity
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, providing Level 2 and Level 3 support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and external service providers
- Contribute to systems integration, testing, cyber security, resilience and disaster recovery activities
- Develop technical documentation, support materials and technical specifications
- Support system upgrades, migrations and implementations while maintainingcriticaloperational services
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call roster and provide support when required

What You'll Bring

- Strong experience in technical analysis, systems administration and enterprise application support




- Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments, IT infrastructure, networking, securitymanagementand database administration
- Experience configuring, managing and supporting complex information systems
- Strong systems analysis skills, including requirements gathering, technicalspecifications,implementation and maintenance
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues and assess system risks
- Experience developing technical documentation and implementing process improvements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated project delivery experience and the ability to manage competing priorities
- An analytical, proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a commitmenttocontinuous improvement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, ITIL certification or SFIA Level 5 capability will be highly regarded
- Experience in Health IT environments and/or IRIS for Health would be advantageous

Additional Requirements: The successful candidate must hold a National Police Clearance andmeetthe required security clearance requirements. The role requires flexibility to participate inan out-of-hours support roster.
