Technical Analyst | 12-Month Contract | DarwinWe are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst for a 12-month contract opportunity based in Darwin, working within a complex, business-critical ICT environment.

This role will suit a strong technical analyst with broad infrastructure and systems experience who is comfortable investigating complex issues, supporting critical applications and working across technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.

The RoleKey responsibilities will include:

- Investigating, analysing and documenting systems and business processes
- Providing specialist advice on application functionality and technical solutions
- Gathering and analysing user requirements and developing technical specifications
- Developing implementation plans for complex system changes
- Assessing technical and operational risks associated with proposed changes
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
- Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support
- Developing technical and support documentation




- Identifying and implementing system and process improvements
- Supporting project delivery against agreed time and quality requirements
- Participating in a 24-hour call-out roster and undertaking out-of-hours work when required.

About YouWe are looking for demonstrated experience across:
- Linux and Windows environments
- IT infrastructure, security, networks and database administration
- Configuring, managing and supporting complex information systems
- Systems analysis, user requirements and technical specifications
- Technical troubleshooting and complex problem resolution
- Change implementation and risk assessment
- Technical documentation and process improvement
- Managing technical work or projects to meet time and quality targets.

Highly Regarded
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- ITIL qualification
- SFIA Level 5 capability
- Experience supporting systems in a Health IT setting
- Experience with IRIS for Health

Contract DetailsLocation: Darwin, NT

Duration: 12 months

Clearances: National Police Clearance and further NTG clearance required

Working arrangements: Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Darwin for the duration of the contract.
